  Dear Mr. Cook:
  I had the opportunity to visit your property appraisal office recently and encountered one of your employees by the name of Heather. In order for a business to stay afloat, customer service is paramount. Most of us know how to vocalize customer service but implementation is a different story. I cannot begin to articulate the level of customer service demonstrated by Heather.
