  The most horrible experience with a doctor's office ever. Moved to Florida and had to choose a doctor. The DOCTOR was fine, but the staff at Suncoast Primary is the most unreliable, inefficient staff I have every encountered. The usual wait time for your doctor's appointment is one hour. If you need a prescription refilled, it takes at least 2 weeks and at least 4 phone calls. If you need a referral - I had 2 referrals and my father in law had a couple and the paperwork on ALL of them was screwed up. One referral did not get the paperwork, and the office had the audacity to ask ME for the fax number for the referral place so they could fax over the paperwork. I did get the fax number and it was still not faxed over. I have since taken myself to a different doctor's office, as I am sure many other patients have as well. This place needs to be looked into. They should not be "caring" for anyone.
